The Océ BLM 200 system is a modular bookletmaking system, with Trimming and Square folding options.
BLM 200
A booklet maker for the production segment that handles a wide variety of formats and substrates. The BLM 200 is the most productive bookletmaker within the Océ offerings. Special attention has been given to handle digital prints and to avoid smearing and scratching. Adjustable staple position allows operator to “hide” staples behind the spine.
FTR 6289
The front edge trimming is a must for booklets with more than 3-4 sheets. The Trimmer is despite its small foot print equipped with a large trim scrap bin and air jets make sure trim scrap is separated from the books. Automatic set up through the Bookletmaker operator interface.
SFM 6204
Adding the squarefolder gives you the same professional flat finish as a perfect bound book but at a fraction of the price. Enhance the appearance with text printed on the spine and get that magazine look. Up to 100 page booklets can be processed. Faster, less expensive and without the negatives of glue binding such as a long warm up time, odours, footprint etc. Automatic setup through the Bookletmaker operator interface.
