The Plockmatic 40 System
Plockmatic C 510 Collator and the Plockmatic BM 61 Binder. A step in system for low/mid volume booklet making.
The System 40 is a basic collating & booklet making system but yet fully automatic. As feeders, all 510 models can be used but as the BM 61 booklet maker only accepts sets, the feeder options in the CF and ACF models can not be utilized. The system has a small footprint combined with an extremely good price/performance ratio. Ideal finisher to digital duplicators and other analogue print sources.
Plockmatic C/AC/CF/ACF 510 Feeder Collator Hybrid
The 510 collator/feeder hybrid is available in four different configurations – the C 510, the AC 510, the CF 510 and the ACF 510. The C model is limited to collation work. AC includes air separation for coated or normally difficult to handle stocks. F stands for feeder ability which means it is suited for the digital print market. All 510 models can be used in the System 40 but feeder ability is not possible as this is a system for the analogue market.
Plockmatic BM 61 Binder
The BM 61 is a sturdy and well proven booklet maker in the light production/entry level segments. It handles the most frequently used sheet sizes and paper weights. Carries standard staples and is also available in a loop version. Accepts sets from the 510 but not a stream of sheets which excludes the 510 feeder function in the F models.
